There’s a new food park in the South and I’m so lucky it’s just a few minutes from our home, Container Turf at BF Aguirre. My friends visited the turf during its dry-run and they loved the place so we decided to check it out!
Container Turf captured what it feels like living in the South. It’s a perfect place for friends to hang-out and get together. We saw some people whom we haven’t seen in a while hanging out there as well. The place doesn’t feel crowded even if the place is full and there’s a steady flow of people. The aesthetics inside was well thought of which we really appreciated because it brought life to the interior. There were enough lights to make the place bright and lively. You wouldn’t even notice the time while inside because the place has a life of its own. Whether you want a food trip with your friends or you want to catch-up over drinks, Container Turf is for you.

I love photography and travelling so when my friend showed me the ad for the “Capture the Adventure: A Travel Video Workshop”, I got excited because I was planning to make videos of my travels in the future too. I was one of the lucky few who were able to join the workshop, sponsored by Fujifilm and Henry’s Camera, of Zander Servando and Daniel Marsh last June 24.
It was a bonus that one of the speakers is Daniel Marsh. To be honest, I am a HUGE fan and he’s one of the factors why I registered immediately. So I knew Daniel through Wil’s Vlogs, I checked his youtube page and after watching his videos, I instantly became a fan. He puts a lot of effort on his editing and he’s more on the artsy side so I really wanted to get some tips on how he does things. One of my favorite videos of his is the “My Life in the Philippines-I have something to share” video which he also showed to the class. That video is kind of special to me because I watched it when I was at a crossroads in my life, I actually didn’t know what I was going to do because I decided to #DGAF and change my career. It’s one of those videos that made me realize to just go for it, pursue my passion and do what I love. No regrets.

I really love Italian food and Mama Lou’s is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. One night, me and my friends went to Evia at Daang Hari to catch-up and eat. The choices were limited so we ended up at Mama Lou’s.

I really love to travel. Whenever I have the budget and the time to spare to have a vacation, I always go for it. Last March, I went to Malaysia together with my previous officemates to visit a friend who’s currently staying at Kuala Lumpur. I bought my ticket from Cebu Pac two weeks prior for almost 6K. Since we will be staying at my friend’s place, I don’t have anything to spend for accommodation. Yay!

I love eating so I’ll probably write about some of the places I have tried in Manila or during my travels.
We were able to research about this place prior to going to SG because we saw a lot of posts about this café online. We were curious if the place and food was really worth the hype. Curious Palette is walking distance from Bras Basah or Dhoby Ghaut Station.

It’s already 2 months after Coldplay Singapore but it feels like it just happened a few days ago. I decided to write something about my experience so I can relive the feeling I had on those unforgettable moments 🙂
